We, the members of S.S. John & Catherine Catholic Church of Mt. Carroll, Illinois having the initial grace and knowledge of faith, embrace the sacraments to grow in faith, love and hope, take the scriptures and catechism to nourish us in wisdom and zeal in the Holy Spirit, live in true fellowship and set ourselves faithful to the Diocese of Rockford to become a people of God.
